My path to massage therapy started as an athlete. Growing up playing competitive travel volleyball and soccer, I experienced how valuable the right treatment could be. My own massage therapist had a huge impact on keeping me active, recovering, and doing what I loved.
I have been working as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2016, and my curiosity about the human body has continued to grow. My techniques and education have expanded to include functional personal training, manual lymphatic drainage, cupping, scraping, and fascial stretch therapy, alongside my first love—hands-on deep tissue treatment.
Today, my focus is not only on treatment, but also on education. I help clients develop better body awareness and functional movement, using tools like isometric exercise to build joint stability and control.
My goal is to help you understand your body, feel confident moving it, and keep doing the things you love.
